Access to the building has been carefully designed to reduce congestion and minimize time entering and leaving the complex. Convenient patient drop-off and pick-up are located on the ground level, and separate valet parking is offered below ground to ease traffic at the main entry.

A fully enclosed 2,500-car garage is integrated into the building design with dedicated physician parking and a physician-only access-controlled elevator. For patients and staff, nine high-speed elevators serve all floors of the tower by day and are access-controlled after hours.

Two additional elevators serve the Ambulatory Care Center. A dedicated elevator also connects the street level to the retailers on the second floor. As an added convenience, Houston’s new MetroRail stops just steps from the Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza.
